有消息人士向江系《明镜网》爆料，薄熙来在接受调查的过程中拒绝承担全部责任。他告诉调查人员，自己做的每件事，要麽是周永康授意的，要麽是周永康认可的，周永康才是幕後真正的「老板」。

薄熙来咒骂周永康出卖他、撕毁承诺，并要求会见胡锦涛和温家宝。他表示在见到胡温之前，不会交代任何进一步的情况。同时，他还要求公开审讯，以便能够针对法庭指控进行辩护。

美国「乔治梅森大学」教授章天亮：「薄熙来他有这样的野心，然後周永康才选择了薄熙来。所以他们两个是狼狈爲奸的，等於是一拍即合的。当然很多事情的话由於周永康在政治局常委，他能够接触到的中共的政治局里边的消息当然会比薄熙来更多一些，所以他跟薄熙来会有一些密谋，有些东西是他让薄熙来干的，这个倒是肯定的。」

美国「乔治梅森大学」教授章天亮表示，周永康是想让薄熙来接他的位置做政法委书记，然後再搞政变。在整件事情上面，周永康起的作用更大。如果胡温可以亲自见一下薄熙来，在薄熙来为求免死放手一搏的情况下，可以从他口中得到更直接的关於周永康的罪行。

此外，《明镜网》还发布了另一条内部人士透露的消息：谷开来已经供认，她是薄熙来与周永康之间关於他们策划密谋的信息传递人。她做的一切，周永康都知情，包括她要求那个英国人海伍德为周永康和薄熙来所干的事。

谷开来坚持要求见曾保证过她和丈夫安全的周永康。她表示，在见到周永康之前，她不会进一步透露任何情况。她还诅咒周是个「坏蛋」，在她身上「占便宜」，但却从未兑现过他的承诺。

在美的民运人士、「中国社会民主党中央委员会」主持人刘因全分析认爲，这些消息人士透露的信息可靠程度很高。很多薄熙来的事情是由谷开来出面与周永康打交道的，薄熙来夫妇和周永康是在同一条贼船上，唇齿相关。

刘因全：「有几个重大事情肯定是一块摊的，第一就是谋反的问题，第二就是共同贪腐这个问题，第三就是共用情妇的问题。」

时事评论员夏小强认为，薄熙来被公开宣布落马後仅一天多，海外几家江派背景的海外媒体就爆出大量对周永康不利的「黑材料」，火力猛，出手重，令外界感到意外。周永康被公开拿下已经进入倒计时。

4月14号，中共喉舌《人民日报》发表了名为《谁都不能存有「刑不上大夫」的侥幸》的评论。被外界认爲是针对江泽民执政後中共内部的不成文规定：问题调查不上政治局常委级别。

华府中国问题专家石臧山指出，在薄熙来被「双停」，舆论矛头指向周永康的时候，《人民日报》突然发表这样的社论，是胡锦涛在暗指所有的江派常委和与薄熙来、周永康有关的官员，如果「站队」出问题，「刑立马上大夫」。

Bo Asks to Meet Hu and Wen to Expose Zhou’s Crime


According to CCP insider information, Bo Xilai was cursing Zhou Yongkang for betraying him. During the interrogation, Bo Xilai refused to disclose further
information unless Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao are present. Meanwhile, Bo Xilai’s wife, Gu Kailai, confessed that Zhou Yongkang is the ringleader and is in on everything. Analysts believe Zhou Yongkang’s arrest is nearing.

Mingjingnews.com reported that Bo Xilai refused to take full responsibility during his interrogation. He told the investigators that everything he did was
either mandated or approved by Zhou Yongkang. Zhou Yongkang is in charge behind the scenes.

Bo Xilai cursed Zhou Yongkang for betraying him and breaking his promise. He requested a meeting with Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao. He claimed nothing will be revealed further until he meets Hu and Wen. He also requested a public hearing in order to be able to defend himself against the charges.

George Mason University professor Zhang Tianliang: "Zhou Yongkang chose Bo Xilai because of Bo’s ambitions. The two worked side by side and acted in collusion. Zhou Yongkang, a Politburo Standing Committee Member, certainly had more access to CCP inside news than Bo Xilai. Therefore, regarding the conspiracy between Zhou and Bo, certainly, details were conjured up by Zhou."

George Mason University professor Zhang Tianliang indicated that Zhou Yongkang intended to engage in a coup by having Bo Xilai pick his position as the Politics and Law Committee secretary. Zhou Yongkang plays a much more significant role. If Hu and Wen meet Bo Xilai, Bo will provide more evidence
about Zhou Yongkang’s crimes in order to survive.

In addition, Mingjingnews.com released another insider tip: Gu Kailai confessed that she was the messenger between Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang in their conspiracy. Zhou Yongkang was fully aware of everything she did, including what she had requested of British businessman Neil Heywood on behalf of Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang.

Gu Kailai insisted to see Zhou Yongkang who has promised the security of her and her husband. She indicated that she will not disclose any further until she meets with Zhou Yongkang. She also cursed Zhou as the “bad guy” who “took advantage” of her, but never fulfilled his promise.

Democratic activist and China Social Democratic Party Central Committee organizer, Liu Yinchuan, believes the information is highly reliable. On behalf of Bo Xilai, Gu Kailai dealt with Zhou Yongkang on many occasions. Bo Xilai and his wife, Gu Kailai, are in the same boat as Zhou Yongkang, and the three of them are as close as lips and teeth.

Liu Yinchuan: "They surely have shared on several major issues. The first one is the rebellion; the second is the collusion; and the third is the mistress."

Xia Xiaoqiang, a commentator, believes that just one day after Bo Xilai’s case was publicly announced; several overseas media controlled by the Jiang faction exposed a large amount of disadvantageous information about Zhou Yongkang.
The shocking attack was a heavy hit. The time to publicly arrest Zhou Yongkang is nearing.

On April 14, CCP mouthpiece, People’s Daily, published commentary entitled, “No one should believe that officials should not be punished.” It is speculated that this article targets the unspoken rule within the CCP after Jiang Zemin came to power, “No interrogation of the Politburo Standing Committee members.”

Shi Zang Shan, a China expert in Washington D.C., speculates that while media have targeted Zhou Yongkang after Bo Xilai was removed from his posts, a sudden editorial comment from People’s Daily indicates that Hu Jintao is alluding to both the Standing Committee of the Jiang faction and the officials related to Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang, in that if they take the wrong side, punishment is ensured.
